Getting the fit right

The Small fits a neck girth of 24 cm and a chest of 30 to 44 cm, which covers many toy breeds and small puppies; check both measurements, as the over-the-head neck opening does not adjust. Slip it on, buckle the chest belt and adjust it so two fingers fit underneath. The frills and buttons are decorative, so take the harness off for rough play or crate time, where the trim could be chewed.
