If the product does not meet your expectation or quality, we offer you the option to request an exchange or a refund, subject to the below conditions.
When we will not accept any exchanges:
- If the delivered product is found altered, used or damaged and does not meet our quality standards.
- If the product was purchased on offer or promotion.
- If more than 3 days have passed from the date of delivery.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed only via bank transfer, even if the purchase was made via Cash on Delivery.
- We will refund the amount if the listed product is not as shown on our website.
- Bank transfer of the refund can take approximately 2 weeks.
If the replacement product is not available in our stock, we may offer a similar product. We will email you for approval before proceeding.
