These multi-purpose in-sump media reactors can be used with carbon and GFO to help eliminate organic pollutants, odors, discolorations and algae fueling elements within marine and reef aquaria. The up-flow design with fluidized plates helps to keep filter media suspended and evenly dispersed in order to provide maximum contact time with your aquarium water. Water is introduced into the bottom of the filter and is then pushed upward through the media and back out into your tank.
