Planning the set-up

A filled Rio 180 weighs well over 200 kg once water, glass, substrate and decoration are counted, so the cabinet must stand on a solid, level floor, ideally against a load-bearing wall and away from radiators and direct sunlight. The tank’s footprint is about 101 x 41 cm, so check the space, allowing room behind for cables and hoses. Four finishes are offered, White, Light Wood, Grey and Black, so you can match the cabinet to the aquarium or your furniture. Use the storage space for food, test kits, nets and spare media.
