Specifications and sizing

Maxspect rates the MJ-DC10K at a maximum flow of 10,000 litres per hour and a maximum head of 5m, drawing 100W from a 24V supply. Flow falls as head height increases, so measure the vertical distance from the sump to the tank outlet and allow for pipe bends before choosing it over the smaller DC8K or larger DC12K. It uses 32mm and 40mm couplings, and the pump body measures 210 x 110 x 93mm, so check it fits your sump chamber. Maxspect’s sine-wave drive technology is designed to keep running noise low. Turn the flow down to match what your overflow can handle.
