Choosing a height
Both heights fit openings of about 29 to 38 in (74 to 97 cm) wide. The 29-inch gate (about 74 cm tall) suits small dogs and puppies, while the 39-inch version (about 99 cm) is better for larger dogs or those that try to jump.
