How to offer them

Put the pellets in a small separate dish or sprinkle them over the usual seed mix so your bird finds them easily. Avoid giving other vitamin supplements or drops at the same time unless your avian vet advises it, as too much of some vitamins can be harmful. Time in natural daylight by an open window or under a bird UV lamp also helps indoor birds make vitamin D3.
