Safe4 Concentrated Disinfectant Cleaner – Freshmint, 25L

Safe4 Concentrated Disinfectant Cleaner is a veterinary-grade disinfectant concentrate for animal care settings such as vet clinics, kennels, catteries and aviaries. It has passed EN 14476, EN 14675, EN 1656 and EN 1657 testing for efficacy against viruses including canine parvovirus and feline calicivirus, as well as bacteria and fungi. This is the freshmint fragrance, 25L version.

Choosing scent, size and dilution

There are four versions: Apple Scent (the enhanced formula), Lavender, Freshmint and Odourless, the last being a sensible pick for scent-sensitive animals or rooms. Each comes in 5L and 25L containers; the 5L size is easier to handle for a single clinic room, grooming area or multi-pet home, while 25L suits busy kennels, catteries and boarding facilities that dilute large volumes every day. Safe4 recommends a 1:50 dilution with water for everyday disinfection, as it covers most potential pathogens, and 1:100 for general cleaning where the biosecurity risk is low. Stronger dilutions are only needed during a confirmed disease outbreak, following the label.
