Fit and assembly

The frame is made only for the Shernbao KA-505L, with a footprint of 134 x 69 cm, so confirm your model before ordering. The kit contains two A brackets, two B brackets, four casters and 16 sets of M8 socket cap screws with flange nuts; you will need a hex key and a spanner. Assemble it on a soft mat or carpet to avoid scratching the parts, and ask a second person to help lift the main unit onto the frame. Fit every screw loosely first, check that the brackets sit square and the wheels point the right way, then tighten them all in turn. Once the unit is mobile, you can roll it aside to clean the floor beneath. Check the screws again after the first week of use, and then every few months.
