Getting good results

The system is sized for tanks of 40-150 litres, so check your volume before buying; bigger aquariums need a stronger CO2 source. Place the diffuser low in the tank, near the filter outflow, so the current spreads the fine bubbles before they reach the surface. Keep surface agitation gentle, since strong ripples drive CO2 back out of the water. A drop checker shows whether the CO2 level is right. Note the start date of each cartridge, and replace it when bubble output falls, which Sicce puts at around two to four months.
