Preparing for a flight

Measure your dog before ordering: it should be able to stand without its head or ears touching the roof, turn around and lie down naturally inside the 92 x 63 x 70 cm shell, so very tall or long-bodied breeds may need a bigger model. Airlines publish their own extra rules for live animal travel, so check them before booking and fit the included IATA lock kit as instructed.
