Planning your tube layout

The Y-tube measures about 58 x 58 x 80 mm and has three ends, so one route splits into two. It belongs to the same Rody 3 system as the straight, bent and T-shaped tubes and the connector rings, which means you can combine them to link a third cage or create a circuit between cages. The cages in the range, the Solo, Duo, Trio and Mini, differ in size and height, so sketch where each will stand and count the tube sections you need before ordering. Check the opening against your pet as well: at around 58 mm across on the outside, it may be a tight squeeze for a large adult Syrian hamster. Make sure every end is connected, as an open end is an easy escape route.
