How much to give

Beaphar recommends 4cm of paste a day for short-haired cats and 6cm for long-haired cats, and the amount can be doubled if necessary. Squeeze it over your cat’s food or let your cat lick it straight from the tube. The paste is rich in fat, with 52% crude fat alongside 12% crude protein, so allow for the extra calories if your cat tends to put on weight. Store the tube in a cool place and make sure fresh drinking water is always available. If hairballs keep coming back, follow the pack directions or your vet’s advice.
