Using it at home

For small grazes, gently trim or part the fur so the ointment reaches the skin, and rinse away dirt with clean, lukewarm water first. Pets naturally lick treated areas, so distract your pet for a few minutes after applying, or use a protective collar or light dressing if licking keeps removing the ointment.
