Fit and care

The lid is cut for the Dymax IQ7, so it will not fit other nano tanks; check your tank model before ordering. A cover is especially worth having with jumpers such as bettas, killifish, gobies and some shrimps, and in a marine nano it slows evaporation, which keeps salinity steadier between top-ups. Acrylic scratches more easily than glass, so clean it with a soft cloth and plain water or an acrylic-safe cleaner, and avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners and alcohol, which can cloud or craze acrylic. Wipe away condensation and salt spray regularly so they do not block the light.
