The Fluval Power Filter is a hang-on-back filter from the AC series that clips onto the rim of your aquarium and cleans the water in four stages: two mechanical, one chemical and one biological. CycleGuard lets you change media one stage at a time, so the colony of beneficial bacteria is left undisturbed and the nitrogen cycle stays stable, while the refiltration system keeps water in contact with the media for longer. An intake pre-filter keeps algae and debris away from the pump, the flow is adjustable, and a redesigned rotor runs with less vibration and noise.
