JBL Pronovo Tanganyika Flakes M is a staple flake food for predatory cichlids from Lake Tanganyika and Lake Malawi measuring about 8 to 20 cm. It is made from natural raw ingredients without artificial additives, with salmon, shrimp and squid that even fussy cichlids tend to accept. Feeding tips

Size M flakes are made for cichlids of about 8 to 20 cm, so small juveniles will need a finer food. Because the flakes float, you can easily see how much is eaten: offer a few small portions a day that are finished within a few minutes, and remove any leftovers. Tip the flakes into the dosing aid in the lid rather than shaking the tin over the water, and close the tin straight after feeding so the food stays protected from air and light.
