Assembly and placement
A filled Rio 400 or 450, with substrate and decoration, weighs well over 500kg, so plan where the cabinet will stand before assembling it: a solid floor, ideally close to a load-bearing wall, and away from radiators and direct sunlight. Build it in its final position with two people, check it with a spirit level and correct any slope before the tank goes on. Choose White, Black or Grey to match your aquarium.
