What the secondary pump adds
In aquavitro’s secondary pump set-up, this kit supplies water to the skimmer, so the skimmer’s own pump only has to recirculate water and air inside the reaction chamber and can concentrate on producing foam. It also gives you three independent adjustments: the secondary pump sets how much water passes through the skimmer, the threaded rod on the drain tube sets the foam level, and the air intake screw on the silencer controls air flow. Choose the kit numbered for your skimmer: 125, 250 or 500.
