Dosing and pairing
Seachem recommends one capful (5ml) for every 80 litres, twice a week. The 500ml bottle holds 100 capfuls, which lasts about a year in an 80-litre tank or around five months in a 200-litre tank. It supplies calcium, magnesium, potassium and iodine along with small amounts of trace metals such as iron, manganese, zinc and copper, which soft or reverse-osmosis water used for discus often lacks. Dose straight after water changes so levels are restored straight away, and Seachem suggests pairing it with NutriDiet Discus Flakes for a complete approach to discus care.
