How to use it

Shake the bottle well, then soak your fish’s food in a capful of Vitality each day before feeding, which Seachem recommends for best results; it works with flakes such as NutriDiet as well as pellets and thawed frozen food. Soaked food is especially useful for newly bought fish, fish in quarantine and fussy eaters that need extra encouragement. The formula is based on spirulina and chlorella with added vitamin C. At one capful a day, the 250ml bottle lasts around seven weeks, longer if you only soak food a few times a week. Store it closed, away from heat and light.
