Checking it is the right part

Sicce makes the rotor assembly specific to each Eko Power model, and the larger 12.0 and 14.0 pumps take their own versions, so check the model number on your pump’s label before ordering. The 10.0 is the 90 W pond pump rated at up to 9,100 litres per hour with a maximum head of 350 cm. A louder or rattling pump, or flow that stays weak even after the strainer has been cleaned, are typical signs that the rotor is worn. While the pump is open, rinse the prechamber and strainer and look over the O-rings, which Sicce also sells as spares, so the pump reseals properly.

Unplug the equipment before servicing, and clean the impeller housing while it is open.
