How to give it
Vetafarm recommends mixing 20 ml with each kilogram of seed, blending it through by hand and leaving it for 12 to 24 hours so the seed absorbs the liquid. A prepared batch lasts about a week, and treated seed not yet used should be kept in the fridge. The formula supplies vitamins A, D3 and E with essential fatty acids, and is aimed at breeding birds on seed diets, especially hens laying many eggs or raising several clutches. At that rate the 100 ml bottle treats 5 kg of seed and the 250 ml bottle 12.5 kg. Store below 30°C, and follow the pack directions or your vet’s advice.
