Dosing and safety
Seachem’s dose is 5ml (one capful) for every 40 litres, repeated daily as needed while fish show no stress, so the 100ml bottle holds 20 doses and the 2L bottle 400. Before treating, remove invertebrates and any chemical filtration such as carbon. For a one-hour dip, Seachem gives 3ml per 4 litres in a separate container. It contains no copper, but Seachem does not recommend it for reef aquariums. For new arrivals, it suggests about two weeks of treatment in a quarantine tank. Follow the pack directions or your vet’s advice.
Good to know
Follow the label dose for your water volume, and remove carbon from the filter during treatment.
