About the Ultra Zero pump

This kit replaces the rotor, ceramic shaft and rubber parts of the Sicce Ultra Zero, a utility pump for water changes, moving water between tanks, mixing salt water and draining containers. The Ultra Zero can draw water down to 2mm, handles soft particles up to 1mm and is rated at 3,000 litres per hour with a 3.1m head. Because it often runs in cloudy water, fine grit wears the rotor over time; a drop in flow or a rattling sound is the usual sign it needs replacing. The base removes without tools, so rinse it out after each job.
