The Hobby Moonlight LED 3W is a screw-in lamp that imitates natural moonlight, so you can watch crepuscular and nocturnal animals in the terrarium without disturbing them. Its special spectrum gives a soft, blue shimmering light that turns the enclosure into a night-time landscape. It draws only about 3 W, using close to 80% less energy than conventional moonlight spots, and gives off almost no heat, so it does not interfere with the night-time temperature drop many reptiles need. Night lighting can also encourage breeding behaviour and help foraging.

Good to know
